Scott T. Miller: As
the Systems Engineer for Quantum Solutions, LLC, Scott Miller consults
with clients regarding their software, hardware, and network needs. Scott
Miller has significant experience using the various Microsoft Windows
Operating Systems (Windows 9x, NT3.51, NT4.0, 2000, XP), as well as UNIX
Operating Systems. He administers Microsoft Windows networks and domains
for Quantum's clients. Scott Miller is currently pursuing a Master's Degree
in Advanced Information Technology with a focus on Network Infrastructure
from Villa Julie College's School of Graduate & Professional Studies. |

David Glock, M.S.: David Glock,
Chief Technology Officer, came to Quantum Solutions after 6 years of
founding and running his own network security-consulting and
software development firm. His prior experience includes 17 years of
employment at The John Hopkins University Applied Physics
Laboratory. David Glock's experience includes high-level systems/
network consulting to executive management in many industries and
the Department of Defense. |

John R. Callahan, Ph.D.: Dr.
Callahan worked for 6 years as the director of the NASA-WVU Software
Research Laboratory. In addition, he served as director of
GlobalCast Communications from 1995-1998, a company that developed
the reliable multicast protocol (RMP). Dr. Callahan also served as a
consultant and programmer for Xerox Corporation from 1985-1988, a
programmer and analyst for the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center from
1983-1985, a civilian programmer and analyst for the United States
Air Force in 1982, and a computer operator for IBM in 1981. As Chief
Strategy Officer, he is responsible for enhancements to Quantum's
intelligent XML data management technologies. |
